phantom award on Finnair flight?

phantom award on Finnair flight?
Hi, I was checking a one way flight HEL-SEA in June 2024 operated by Finnair on Qantas. It's available for 90k miles. But when I check with American Airline, Alaska, or British airways award search, none of them shows this award flights. Does Finnair only release awards to Qantas but not other oneworld partners？

Not that I am aware of. Try to book it to find out or maybe call QF?
