The double status points is great just one economy return flight AKL-MNL NZ$1,062 (A$956) 260 SP enough to retain Silver NZ$4.08 (A$3.67) per SP ! :-)
I wish Virgin and AIRNZ would also run these double status points too!

I'm planning CMB/SIN/MEL/AKL return for about NZ$2,500 in business class which will yield 960 SC's - enough for Gold and well on the way to Platinum. NZ$2.60 per SC.

Possibly the stupidest question anyone's ever asked
I've booked a whole heap of work trips. 5 bookings (with references) are now showing in My Bookings. However I've only been charged for 3 and can't work out how to pay for the other 2? Of course the queues for support are horrific at the moment
Is this a thing? Like a hold? I didn't realise that was possible. And when/how do I pay? And are they eligible for double SC if not paid before midnight?

classic qantas- one of the two has disappeared (despite being confirmed in my trips and despite me inputting my payment details and them issuing a confirmation number). Other I have an email about saying it's being held awaiting payment
Best bit- both have now doubled in price
