With that advice, I'll probably stick around SYD T3 after arriving in the morning. Initially I was thinking to hike into city and leave it with my hotel then go back.
I'll be arriving at 0840h. I'll need guesting in as I'm NB. If there are no more guest spots, I'm happy to arrange with others (including SYD residents) for catchups either inside other places at the airport or in CBD. Thanks in advance for anyone who guests me in!
I think I'm going to need the sleep from BNE so I've decided that I'm not going to use up a lounge pass at BNE QC and will also likely request to the FAs to skip breakfast for me on board.
There doesn't seem to be any ideas for Sunday (not expecting that there would be any planned events on that day, particularly from the organising executive), though given it's likely recovery day as well as departure day, there's probably a sentiment of "we'll work it out later".

I have updated post 242 as best I could trying to see where we have gaps in the guesting.
I tried to match people based on when they first said they would need to be guested. Apologies if I have got the chronology wrong.
At this stage there are still two who need a "friend", but I am waiting to hear from el_rooto so hopefully we should be ok.
Edit: QF WP - I have taken the liberty of writing a wiki because my head was starting to hurt! I hope you don't mind.

I will meet up with everyone at HQ and hopefully go to the J Lounge afterwards, if there is a guest spot still available. think I will park my car in the CBD and catch an Uber out to the airport

The thing that I thought would scupper my little trip got resolved late last night so after a couple of hours kip it was up at OMG o'clock to get to the airport for my flight to SYD. This means, subject to delays, I should have about 15 minutes or so at the SYD J lounge to meet anyone who is there before my next domestic flight.
Can guest but given my time constraints it is best not to count on it.
The thing that I thought would scupper my little trip got resolved late last night so after a couple of hours kip it was up at OMG o'clock to get to the airport for my flight to SYD.
