The following are requirements for any visitors without Red ASIC’s to Brisbane Base Maintenance (H3)
This is not something that you can just rock up to on the day. You will not have access and you'll be the only one(s) disappointed.

Sorry to those who cant make it, but happy to hear I can now come along 
I have been informed I will not longer have access to a 4x4 on the weekend - my dad needs it. I can have access to a 2 seater, but I don't know if that will be of any help. I will wait to hear from one of you in regards to this.

Scratch that - I have been given the Pagero again. Can drive up to Brisbane and run an airport-hangar-airport transfer if needed. If people are happy to squeeze in it will fit 7 pax (it wont be comfortable, but its a short drive).

. I hope they similarly thank the drivers Once I have confirmed travel details for everybody (a hint to those Golds who need to inform me) I can then work out who needs picking up and from where. I'll add those details to the thread later this week

A gracious offer from Willyroo to add to the ferry service from Hangar back to QP. I'd think that we should go very close to getting everybody back from the Hangar

A slight change in plans, ladies and gentlemen. Had an phone call and an email from my QF contact an hour ago (I was in a meeting) stating:
Now I apologise for the lack of clarity in the earlier message - but obviously the directive has come from the QF Security Office to the RGM. For those that have already sent them through, I have yours and will be sending them off with the completed spreadsheet.
You'll also need an email address - please see the PM that I will send through tonight (apart from those that know my email address already).
I didn't need this either (trying to juggle work and organising the event), but that's the hoops we need to jump through.

Sorry Dad WP I don't have an 18+ card, but I do have a bottle of vodka. I'll have my passport and a bill or something with my address on it. Maybe a ATO bill - seems appropriate somehow
