Since we've had a bit of chatter about the 2015 meeting (given the DSC offers that a lot have got and keen to use before 31 October), I thought I'd an executive decision and say 22nd February 2015.

Where: BNE Domestic QP, in the Quiet Corner (turn left after service desk, walk straight past barrista and F&B area, turn right and we're in the back corner)
When: Saturday, 21 February 2015 (*now after the Hangar Tour*)
RSVP: to this thread, we'll keep a running list of attendees (Gold - Yes I'm a definite; Silver - I'm a probable/maybe; Bronze - Sorry, I'm a scratching). Also, include your QFF status please.

Breaking news [23/1/15]: Due to an amazing offer by Qantas (Maintenance Hangar Tour], there will be no Breakfast Creek Hotel lunch this year. Somehow I can't see too many attendees shedding a tear :rolleyes:. Numbers are limited (max 30 on Tour). Silver attendees must confirm by 14 February, lest their places be taken by the waitlisters

Silver for me right now until I firm up schedules for February next month. Still WP, although would have requalified by then for another year.

I'm Silver, with a strong possibility of Gold. Thanks.

Sadly am on the 8.25 am flight to Sydney that day from BNE, if any eager beavers are arriving early can catch up in the lounge

Keen to attend the AGM again, but until uni schedules are confirmed I'm Silver.

Also to clarify is it Saturday 21st or Sunday 22nd of February?

Silver at the moment, will depend on tennis. I finish at the Australian Open on Thurs 29 January, but have applied for an ATP Challenger in Burnie commencing 31 January, through to 8 February. If I go to Burnie, I will be Bronze, if I don't then more likely Gold than Silver, will depend on finances.

Having attended 11 of the past 12 a very good chance I will be there so please mark me as Gold.

It it normally just Saturday, however I am trying to confirm a possible addition to the AGM which may necessitate either no pre-AGM lunch @ Brekky Creek; OR may actually mean a Sunday event as well.

I'll let you all know as soon as I can get clarification from the QF RGM.
