Dear Qantas - I am tired of these 20 minute plus wait times

My experience is similar to others here. Some time in the last 6 months the wait time for calls has blown out to ridiculous levels. While the call back feature has worked for me it doesn't make the experience much better.
I can only hope someone has stuffed up and this is a phase they are going through.
