That is confidential, if you are eligible then you are sent it by QF ... otherwise, using the First hosts when not eligible is stealing the service from those pax legitimately entitled. Maybe that is a BA Gold privilege -- to steal from QF -- but as a WP I frown on this. Time to whip off an email to QF reminding them of their service.

For the record I am entitled to the number. I've called Qantas in London and they've provided the number.

Calling QF in London is such a hardship, glad it worked out for you. QF's service at LHR has been severely diluted in the past few years, in part due to overload of the staff. Shedding inappropriate workload is the only way to keep the entitled service level up for the benefit of those pax who have paid for it -- such as you. Enjoy the fine service that QF can provide at LHR at times.
