while these fares might be difficult to mileage run for folks in US/CAN, it makes an excellent candidate to build multiple trips to EU, either by using miles/points or buying another RT from north America. Especially given the flexibility of this fare.
Too bad LO doesn't allow online booking of multi-city trips. These flights are not even showing up when searching for a RT flight, presumably due to the longish layovers in WAW. Has anyone tried calling LO? Booking.com seems to be the least sketchy OTA offering this one.

The long connection times does make it difficult to find some of these on the airline's website. I haven't tried calling the airline, but Expedia does work.
