No, it's metal that counts.

But if it's a codeshare you need to translate the codeshare fare class into the metal fare class.

Then the earning varies per program, so you need to check the metal fare class with your specific mileage program.

If you are on SQ metal, you need to change FRA-SIN segment to SQ D.

Note SQ flights can be credited to AS, which is still distance based (part of OneWorld alliance).
