Not for Eastern Europe ( IST, OTP, SOF, ATH, etc... )
But valid for some Western and Central European cities.

Curiously enough, it appears that the $2k *A TATL flights that have been widely available from LAX for a few months have all been removed. SFO is still widely available though??

Thanks for the find. Booked BOS-LIN via LHR late October for ~$1500 ea after AARP and Chase 10% discount.
Does anyone know the current situation as far as covid test requirements, if any, transiting LHR?
Won't even ask about Italy. Who knows what things will be like come October.

The UK requires a COVID test taken at most 3 days before departure to the UK ( the last direct flight arriving to UK is taken into consideration ) even for transits.
You would also need to fill out the Passenger Locator Form for the UK.

However, things might change multiple times until October.

Any ideas what the rules are for this: maximum stay period, stopover, open-jaw? I assume they are non-changeable and non-refundable?

they should be changeable but if you switch to a flight which costs less, you won’t get refunded or even get a credit for the difference.

P fare Biz on Swiss ORD> FLR $1870

Saw these other TransAtlantic Biz deals and thought I’d tinker with my own desired itineraries. Booked J class ORD> FLR (with a few hours layover in ZRH) RT for $1870.

Do we think these are mistake fares? Week of Thanksgiving Biz that low to a city like Florence certainly feels like a steal. Also had options via Lufthansa and United at these costs, but Since traveling solo, I liked the A330 Biz config best.

Anyone else get a deal like this today?

Great fare - paid almost $1100 one-way for the subpar experience on TAP a couple of years ago.

Too bad Italy is still closed to US residents this summer, and no sign of opening...but maybe later in the year.
