WB (Rwandair): CPT - BRU (D) via HRE + KGL r/t ~ 1050
Great price for Cape Town to Europe.
Downsides:
1) Two stops,
2) May require an overnight stop in Kigali, but play around.
I dont know what the Rwandair soft product is like, but the 737 seat is a comfy recliner for day flights, and the 330 seat for the longhaul is great.

No visa fee for over 110 countries
Since early March 2020, citizens of countries members of the African Union, the Commonwealth and La Francophonie get visa upon arrival and are waived visa fees for a stay of 30 days.

Unfortunately Rwanda is currently in lock down mode with no passenger flights are allowed to fly in and out of the airport.
