Just to note that:
- fare rules are not meticulously updated and edited; they tend to re-use the same text over and over and over, updating only parts of it where necessary (and it is far from necessary to remove sections about non-existent carriers!)
- just because 500 fare routings are mentioned, does not mean that all (or even the majority) of them can be booked.

Note that althouth 500 routings are displayed in reality there are more than that - you can guess the logic of those but looking into how some routings are built or looking into another origin/ destination pair (thats what i did with the older fares which I routed via IKT and KJA). Sadly DL web no longer permits to ticket those...
