They may not be coming back as apparently SV are refurbishing the A320 fleet with proper business class seats...

do you even know what we are talking about this fare is from Europe to Asia not as you said from
Asia to Europe
it is all different
Do you know you can buy Europe to NZ for 2000 to 3000 USD but from NZ to Europe way over 4000$
so directions make diffrence and this TK fare is the cheapest at the moment TO CGK
NOT FROM CGK

without even trying, and for the same date the op used, I find:
Etihad from Milan, Lufthana+OmanAir from Amsterdam all for around $2000.
Oslo on Qatar for $1920
And of course there's the current One World favourite - Sri Lankan business-class from Abu Dhabi. Add on economy class positioning fights from europe to UAE and Jakarta is yours for around $1000

There are entire threads devoted to the intricacies of Cairo connections. I've spent a lot of time there, so Cairo origin flights are occasionally useful to me. I'd suggest they are great if you want to work a visit to Egypt into your trip: if not, think carefully about the additional costs of positioning and managing risks.
There are similar TK fares from other Egyptian airports.
