DL: JRO-MIA OneWay $1929.
I bought this earlier today as a return from a Safari in November. Flight is JRO-DAR-DAR-AMS-MIA. All KL metal. This fare is apparently completely refundable (IFFWTZ -"Penalties-CANCELLATIONS CANCELLATIONS PERMITTED)". When I booked on DL.com, both the non-refundable and refundable fares were identical. Possibly a filing error by DL. I did notice similar fares to other US cities, like JFK.
