Never flew PIA internationally and even internally there a better alternatives. During a 2015 trip we flew KHI-ISB on AirBlue and LHE-KHI on Shaheen. Both were cheaper than PIA, ran on time, and delivered an onboard experience much more pleasant than an average domestic flight in the US.
