No he is correct at 20% and 10%, respectively. The OP was using the term W and Y generically for premium economy and economy, respectively. The fare actually books into T class for premium economy and K class for the economy portion. Not only is it 20% and 10%, but 1.5 EQM for the T class and only 0.5 EQM for the 10 hour flight in K class! So it may be a good deal from an EQD standpoint but hardly a deal for EQMs.
