And you believe everything TSA says? TSA, let alone any government agency aren't trustworthy.

I worked for one and one hand they were telling us NOT to do something because of legal and constitutional ramfications yet on the other hand they were doing the exact thing they were telling us NOT to do.

Forgive me if I don't take TSA at its word.

They are the "official" source of technical information and data for the product - at least as the voice of the Government as an 'independent tester'.

Hence the need to include ample amounts of salt when digesting their data points - specifically the item on radiation exposure.
