Memphis FSD Office
Good morning,
In an effort to give credit where credit is due, I want to publicly thank Joseph D. (last name witheld by me intentionally), from the Memphis FSD office, for not only calling me yesterday in response to problems I experienced with serveral TSA staffers @ the Memphis airport last month (1 person in particular!), but also for taking as much time as he did to discuss the problems I encountered there. Make no mistake-this does NOT mean I am now a fan of the TSA by any means, nor am I naive enough to think the staffers in question will now be drawn & quartered based on my complaints (as much as I think one specifically might deserve it!) but it does serve as a reminder, to me anyway, that not everyone who works for the TSA is the monster we tend to think of them as in general. I've also written to the TSA Contact Center letting them know how much I appreciated the conversation w/Mr. D yesterday-as others on this forum have said, we need to give equal time to praising those w/in the TSA who actually do a good job, not just complaining about those who don't.
Now I should probably spend some time on my REAL job!
