How can security be improved?

If you're going to continue with the take-off-your-shoes policy, you should have an adequate number of chairs outside the screening areas so people can sit down to put their shoes and other clothing items back on if they want to. Some older people or people with balance problems or those carrying a lot of stuff have trouble balancing to put their shoes on, they need to sit down, especially if the shoes are complicated, e.g., lace-ups.
