Liquid Adhesive
I use a product called Skin Tac for my insulin pump and glucose monitor. It's a really strong adhesive that comes in swabs or a bottle. I hate using the swabs so I use the bottle. The bottle is 4 oz though. I should be able claim this as a medical liquid. I don't think that will be a problem in the US, but was concerned about at YYZ and CDG.
I'm thinking of putting it in my quart bag and not saying anything. At 4 oz it doesn't look obviously large. If I get caught, I can still claim it as a medical liquid without too much trouble, hopefully. I can probably scrape off the size on the label. I could also just declare it as a medical liquid upfront. I wasn't sure how strict they are in Canada or France, and with a possible language barrier issue at CDG. It's not a liquid medication but it keeps my insulin pump and glucose monitor from falling off at inconvenient times.

I don't know if TSA will allow the adhesive but if they do it should be held out of your other LGA's. TSA says to declare medically necessary LGA's over 100 ml separately. If you combine it with your other items they could disallow it on that point alone.
Put it with your pumps supplies.
