I make no judgments about people's mental stability based on clothing choices, so perhaps he is just a genius with a very effective method for avoiding being groped. ::shrug::

While maybe someone does not care what children see or don't see (for full disclosure I usually cringe when children come into the AA AC or the F cabin), the airline does have some responsibilty of insuring an environment that is at least suitable for children. This would include for example someone in eye sight of a child pulling out a Hustler magazine of someone on GoGo or Row 44 streaming porn.

Second, I agree this guy is emotionally unstable and therefore might present a danger in the air. I'm not sure if this guy is gay or not, it really does not matter in this case, but sadly as a gay man I constantly see middle aged and older gay men exhibiting unapproriate behavior constantly in public but that is another subject for another time. And the same goes for some heterosexual men as well.

LOL! Excuse me -- I've got to get some paper towels to mop up the coffee.

I usually don't like to claim racism for an incident unless there is evidence but in my opinion, I think the black football kid was the victim of racism. Would they tell a white surfer guy to pull up his beach shorts if they had fallen down just a little? What about a fat white guy with falling pants that reveal his butt crack?

Why would you think that? The airline has no such responsibility, either by law or logically.

I don't know what GoGo is, and I never watch porn (it bores me). I do, however, watch many movies that are R rated. Why is your kid watching my laptop, anyway? That's rude -- teach him some manners.

I've seen inappropriate behavior from gay and straight men (and women). This goes far beyond inappropriate behavior. Though I'm straight, I've had, and have, friends and neighbors of every imaginable sexual orientation (a few unimaginable). I've never seen anything like this in an airport. You're right -- his sexual orientation is irrelevant. He's just acting strangely by any measure.

Gogo Inflight Internet, which seems to be running slow as of late. Perhaps too many people streaming video on the flight, I guess.

Apparently, "ugly old guy dressed in ill-fitting women's underwear," wasn't one of the "tells" they studied in their 3-hour class.

Not seeing why this is a big deal (him being allowed to fly, that is, not discussing the pants-sagging comparison). Dude can fly wearing whatever he wants, presuming the seat remains usable when he's done with it (by which, I guess I mean he probably shouldn't fly naked).

If people around him don't like *seeing* it (distinctly different than, say, smelling it), they can certainly not board the flight. Or they can act like adults and realize and accept that other people live on the planet. *shrug*

Did you miss the part where I said that his choice of attire demonstrates mental or emotional instability?

No, I just don't care. Dude's supposedly been screened for weapons. And honestly, I'm not up for presuming that he'll be a flight disruption in absence of him actually being one.
