Why would you think that? The airline has no such responsibility, either by law or logically.
This would include for example someone in eye sight of a child pulling out a Hustler magazine of someone on GoGo or Row 44 streaming porn.
I don't know what GoGo is, and I never watch porn (it bores me). I do, however, watch many movies that are R rated. Why is your kid watching my laptop, anyway? That's rude -- teach him some manners.
Second, I agree this guy is emotionally unstable and therefore might present a danger in the air. I'm not sure if this guy is gay or not, it really does not matter in this case, but sadly as a gay man I constantly see middle aged and older gay men exhibiting unapproriate behavior constantly in public but that is another subject for another time. And the same goes for some heterosexual men as well.
I've seen inappropriate behavior from gay and straight men (and women). This goes far beyond inappropriate behavior. Though I'm straight, I've had, and have, friends and neighbors of every imaginable sexual orientation (a few unimaginable). I've never seen anything like this in an airport. You're right -- his sexual orientation is irrelevant. He's just acting strangely by any measure.
