What terminology would you expect?

Is there anything specific about her posts that seem uncredible to you? Her original post indicated more distress over her camera being left on than the removal of clothing. She indicated neither she nor her family are certain they want to speak public about it, so I don't find it surprising that there are no press articles about it so far.

While I'm uncertain which side of 70 she meant as the sunny one :cool:, people near or past that age vary just as much in education, speech patterns, propensity to question or accept authority, and other characteristics as younger ones. She stated upthread that her interpretation of the event had changed after seeing responses here, and was considering (not committing to) taking action about it. She was advised to stop posting about it, which she pretty much did.

Agree: if this produced chronic dental and/or spinal injury, $100k may not even cover continuing medical care for a person that young.

Without knowing Ohio statutory details, I see at least four potential assaults: the one that initiated the 911 call; the actions of the arresting officer including those causing the chipped tooth; the pile-on, stripping, alleged digital penetration, and spinal injury at the jail; and detainment in cell without clothing in a mixed-gender environment.

I also wonder if she got all of her property back. The ripped clothing could be considered evidence so I'd be unsurprised if it was destroyed, but having her dead sister's driver's license confiscated and never returned would be particularly cruel.
