Tulsa Man Protests TSA

http://www.gtrnews.com/greater-tulsa...n-protests-tsa

Violations of my first and fourth amendment rights at Tulsa ’s airport are a disgrace. We don’t give up our God-given rights just because we fly,” states Colannino.

Colannino plans to protest as often as he can until the Tulsa airport “quits feeling up passengers and tosses its body scanner in the dumpster where it belongs.”

Wow. And here I thought it was just a few disgruntled FTer's who had doubts about what goes on at the checkpoint.

A pax on SLC-DEN yesterday thanked me for wearing my shirt. Told me it took guts and he was grateful someone was standing up.

I did not know that god wrote the constitution, the bill of rights etc. I thought god was the only one with the right to fly. But then satan is the prince of the air.

^

People are definitely starting to learn about the risks of going through a TSA checkpoint. I think I will start to wear my NoS shirt again

The Tulsa individual obviously isn't a "fare," so I wouldn't worry about him.

Having trouble remembering the term "inalienable rights"? Can't quite understand the US Constitution and how the Declaration of Independence is the basis of it?

What exactly were you taught on Constitutional limits of "administrative search" by the TSA?

And this from an agency that actually knowingly hires a convicted felon (for armed robbery) to work as a screener in Richmond.

sound familiar? probably not to TSA folks. Comes from the Declaration of Independance.

Apparently TSA folks don't like any mention of a higher law than the one of brute force and power that they operate under.

I don't believe the OP in any way stated or even hinted that God authored the Constitution of the United States. Perhaps you and your whole disfunctional organization should revisit elementary school civics class. But then again, I seriously doubt that there is any hope that anyone within TSA understands or cares about God given rights.

It's time to get rid of all body scanners back in the oceans where its belongs. ^^^

Enough is enough!!! This is violations of the fourth amendment rights to against TSA. TSA have no business to installed the body scanners at airports.

Alas, sadly way to late. TUL was one of the early pilot program strip search scanner test spots. Way in advance of most of the rest of the country. After the good, wholesome, law abiding citizens of Tulsa readily submitted to being strip searched for a year or so while the rest of the country slept, TSA, declared, "no one at TUL complained. We're good to go nationwide with these warrantless strip searches." The rest is history.

Raising hell and screaming bloody murder at TUL like a couple of years ago might have made a HUGE difference.
