God did not author the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, He authored the very concept and actuality of unalienable rights.

PS: Gotta laugh. This thread so illustrates the dichotomy between the DHS drones and Americans trained in basic citizenship. I read this thread up to "Eyecue's" snerty post, then penned the above response. Then I read everyone else's responses to "Eyecue's" snerty post. I got a chuckle at my own expense, because I couldn't help but notice that everyone here responded to "Eyecue's" nonsense with the same quote. DHS apologists really don't know a darned thing about how our government was created or how it's supposed to run. Due to the epic failure of our public "education" system, they graduated from school ripe for DHS brainwashing. I doubt more than a teaspoon full of Kool-Aid was required in order to turn most of them into mindless drones.

That is interesting, because without this part, that humans are built with these rights DUE them in such a permanent fashion, none of the rest of the Constitution holds together.
