Well there's the dilemma isn't it? If he read the article and still thinks the article proves the TSA's Xray backscatter equipment is safe, then he's a bit "intellectually challenged." If he didn't read the article he reported on or deliberately decided to lie about the article's implications, then he's a bit "ethically challenged."

But for those concerned with health, if you dont want the TSA to touch your junk, its perfectly safe to go through the scanner instead.

Besides, I know a journalist. She's really bright, and very ethical. I don't think she'd print this shlop about TSA Scanner "Safety" uncritically.
