It is TSA that has developed and administers the security procedures as we see them today.

TSA is the root problem. All aspects of TSA!

Or at least the philosophy behind it. Which says "screeners are at fault for the 9/11 bombings". Not the National Security Agency. Not the White House. Not the CIA. No, the lowly screeners had the fate of the nation in their hands and fumbled. So all those fault-free agencies aforenamed HAD to step in and make sure it was done right!!! After all, before you stone anyone, you MUST be "without sin".
