Or at least the philosophy behind it. Which says "screeners are at fault for the 9/11 bombings". Not the National Security Agency. Not the White House. Not the CIA. No, the lowly screeners had the fate of the nation in their hands and fumbled. So all those fault-free agencies aforenamed HAD to step in and make sure it was done right!!!
