MCI Security

Does anybody know the name of the company who handles security for MCI? I think it has "First" in part of it's name...

Last week, I flew from MCI-IAD-MCO for a company holiday party. I was in First Class, but I also have status on United, so I always use the elite security line. When I got up-to the id checker, he told me that I would have to find somebody from UA to prove that I was allowed to go through the elite line. He told me that he didn't work for the airline, so he couldn't allow me through, even though my ticket said 1K and First Class.... Has anybody had this problem with MCI security? I have flown in and out of MCI about ten times in the last three months, and have never been told to find a UA employee to prove my eligibility...

Firstline

I guess it's been a while since I've flown UA from MCI, but I've never needed a special line on any other airline flying out of MCI. Is UA that much busier than DL and US?

Firstline Transportation Security. If I'm not mistaken, they work under TSA contract. I've personally never had an issue at the MCI checkpoints.

Usually, MCI is not very busy.. However, it seemed busier than normal... There were about fifteen people in the regular line..
