For those of you who use Sprint's UA program, have your Feb miles posted yet? thanks
no and i still haven't received all my promo ua miles since i enrolled last sept 03- they have every excuse in the world when i contact them to get the miles- i'll probably leave them because of this even though their service is good
Mine have not posted either; I extended my contract for the 1,000 UA miles in mid-March when I called to find out why my miles hadn't posted when I signed up in May '03 and was told that they didn't have any record of my request (despite two letters I sent them in addition to the original sign-up call), but would be glad to handle it now. Well, the "4-6 weeks for posting" has come and gone and no miles yet. I hope someone from Sprint PCS might read these messages because this little "perk" is turning into a major source of annoyance.
