What are they researching?
If you find out, let me know, because they're giving me the same lame excuse, and aren't willing to commit to anything. BA is blaming it on AT&T, and told me they have no control over AT&T, which I agree with, but upon proof of being with AT&T it's their responsibility to post the miles, I've been waiting since 12/28/99 and nada. AT&T on the other hand blames it on the ever famous "system change" that susposedly took place Dec/Jan of recent. In this day and age of electronic capability, these things should be instant, or at least within reasonable time frame with batch processing.

You must be an optimist if you think they will ever post the nice miles at all. They never posted a 5000 mi deal for one of my accounts last year. I said goodbye AT&T...... FOREVER!! Good luck!!

Well, I finally decided to have one more go for my AT&T miles and after speaking to supervisor "Kimberley" was promised that I would be signed up (they hadn't even signed me up since last October despite 7 calls) and the retro miles credited. We'll see - but I cannot believe how bad AT&T are being about this.

I switched to AT&T about 6 weeks ago and signed for the BA program. I was told that I could get 5 miles per dollar, but the 5000 mile bonus had expired and I would not get it. Today I checked my BA account online (BTW this was the first time in several years when the BA online statement was accurate). I received the 5000 mile bonus plus another AT&T bonus for 1000 miles.

I don't quite believe it yet, but my newly-arrived BA statement shows 5000 AT&T miles posted at the end of May! Will wonders never cease? I hope the rest of you are similarly shocked and surprised when you check yours.

I switched to ATT last year and got my 1250 for 6 months but never got my 5000 miles(monthly usage miles post without a problem).
Just called ATT personal rewards phone number
1-800-232-8200 and the lady I spoke with said that she saw I had not been credited and asked for my BA # and said that she had done the paper work (took about a minute) and my account would be credited shortly. First attempt at getting the miles posted so fingers crossed.

Well, I'm still waiting for resolution. I've called at least 5 times, written two letters including one to the FCC.
Once, after the FCC letter, I received a phone message saying it would all be resolved.
It hasn't. I called again last week and they said they were having system problems each of the last 3 times I called - it was put in to post my bonus but the system was having problems.
Another letter going to the FCC today.
ATT really disappoints...they tout their technological abilities but can't even effectuate a simple 5000 points transfer!

It been a month and still nothing so called them up and they filled out another form just in case the first one didn't go through. Hmmm?
They guy told me that the form goes to the supervisor that has to process it and that can take 30-45 days as they are very backed up. Then it will take an additional 4-6 weeks to effectuate the transfer.
Anyone found a better strategy to force them to do what they said they were ygoing to do in the first place.
