LAB offers birthday upgrades
I've always had a fascination/fear relationship with Lloyd Aero Boliviano. Didn't the State Department ban their employees from flying them once? Perhaps they've got their act together.
Here's the good news: apparently, LAB will upgrade you to Business Class if you travel on your birthday -- just present your ID.
