Does someone know the rules for segments, stopovers, open jaws, and date and time changes on Star Awards with Mexicana Frecuenta?

Hi,
It isn't clear on their site. I spoke with them recently and they advised stop overs were possible. My suggestion is probably to email them at the frequentausa address (as mentioned previously on here) or start a web chat with them and ask, would be great if u could share it here.

Any word on restrictions etc for the Star Awards. I am looking at Asia (Nagoya) to North Africa(Tunis) for 50K in Y. Looks like a good deal. Only airline that flies there from here is Lufthansa. Could I do a stopover in Frankfurt?

1) date changes - allowed prior to flight, US$25 (or converted into the local currency), after flight, not allowed.
2) stopovers - max one allowed enroute
3) if routing causes you to go via another area, you will pay for the higher area (ie Asia-Europe instead of Asia-North Africa).
4) open jaw - unsure.
