Will Aeromexico Club Premier rebook me if they changed flight schedules?
Hi there! I got an email from Aeromexico over the weekend about a flight schedule change. I'm now landing ~12 hours later than originally planned. Unfortunately, we're taking a cruise, and this schedule change puts us into our destination way too close for comfort.
I called Aeromexico, and the agent was very friendly. He was about to re-book me on a flight a day earlier, but then he realized I had booked my flight with Club Premier points. He said I would need to contact them (1-855-412-2650). I've tried calling multiple times yesterday and today, but it keeps saying their English department is closed. I imagine it will open later today.
Just so I'm prepared - does anyone know if Club Premier will let me change to an earlier flight (even if saver award availability doesn't exist)? Or will they tell me all they can do is cancel the flight and refund my points?
