Is it par for the course in AM domestic J that only one drink service is offered regardless of flight length? On a recent three hour flight from MEX to TIJ I had to enter the galley to ask for more drinks. That didn't prompt them to see if anyone else in Premier needed anything.

LAX-MEX, dinner. Tortellini a la vodka. Decent. No bread loaded, but she said there was bread on the MEX-SFO. Other option was a bagel and lox... for dinner. I feel like the catering has taken a step down in recent months.

No preorder for a 7 AM flight from GDL to ORD. And to make matters worse they didn't even serve the cold breakfast with fruit in J that's usually perfectly acceptable. Just the sad boxes with the pitiful sandwiches and nut mix they serve in domestic J. A real disappointment but at least the flight attendant was attentive throughout the flight.

JFK to MEX in J was interesting. Food was perfectly acceptable but service was definitely lacking. Asked for a pen to complete immigration form and was told no twice. Fish entree was fine but FA was disappointed that I didn't already know the options before I was asked. Apparently I should have used the infotainment screen even though that only showed one chicken option. They also came around with a snack basket before landing but offered no beverage. Ironically the New York staff on the jetway were unmasked while demanding masking before boarding.

Hi folks,
I am flying AM MEX - GRU next week.
Does AM have the facility to pre-select meals in Business Class?
On its website it says '6 preselect options available on flights to europe/chile/argentina/brazil'.
There is no information on how to select and nothing on Manage My Booking.

I have found the preselect spotty JFK-MEX. Had it in June, didn't have it in August. When they do have it, I get an email 3-4 days before my flight with a link to offerings/make my selection.

IME, AM pastas are quite good, especially the raviolis. Cheeseburgers are bad. Hockey pucks. I've seen the short rip, and it looks decent. Food is generally "good" but not outstanding.
Eight options is wild. I've found preorder to be sporadic at best, especially on North American routes, perhaps less so on Europe/South America.

Wow, you're right. Good catch.
I too have a MEX-GRU flight next week and the options seem to have appeared.
