I see they are proposing 60 minute connections at EWR on the way to SIN and 90 minutes on the way back. I personally wouldn't be comfortable with that but I'm not familiar with PD's OTP. A misconnection, especially to SIN, would be pretty inconvenient.
Also, isn't SQ ceasing EWR ops this year?
