AT status recognition issue with AT

AT status recognition issue with AT
Recently I got my Platinum status with AT thanks to the 3X status booster. However, AT has never recognized my status at BCN, CMN and PKX.
I also have Sapphire with AA. AT has absolutely no problem recognizing my AA status. While QR has no issue recognizing my AT Emerald. When I complained to the Safar Flyer customer service they just told me to apply for a physical card.
I just can't understand how could this happened. Is this something everyone encountered or just myself?

What do you mean by recognize status? It does not show on your boarding pass?
It has happened to me that bookings made prior to reaching a higher level were not automatically updated. Sorted asking at check in to remove the AT number and put it again.
