Recently I got my Platinum status with AT thanks to the 3X status booster. However, AT has never recognized my status at BCN, CMN and PKX.
I also have Sapphire with AA. AT has absolutely no problem recognizing my AA status. While QR has no issue recognizing my AT Emerald. When I complained to the Safar Flyer customer service they just told me to apply for a physical card.
I just can't understand how could this happened. Is this something everyone encountered or just myself?
