I agree. The other day I was staying at Innside Santa Cruz de Tenerife, I was told since the restaurant was run by third party, the elite 2 for 1 breakfast benefit doesn't work there. I normally would book room withtout breakfast and decide when I arrive to see if I want to add breakfast.
