GHA_Insider Hi my account was randomly downgraded despite expiry is Dec 2025 a few days ago. Now I can't even log onto my account. I have sent a couple of emails over the last few days but there's zero reply. My partner's account however works fine so it doesn't seem like a technical issue. Do you know if there's anyone that can help me? Thanks

Hi All,
I'm a Titanium member and would like to book a room at the Anantara Tozeur in November. When looking at Booking.com, the room I'm looking at is approximately USD 85 cheaper (approx. 30%!!) than booking through the GHA App, even with the so called 'member pricing'. Also, the Booking.com rate is non-refundable and includes breakfast.
I'm well aware that I will get no $D - which I'm fine with, however, is it worth booking through the GHA app for any other tier benefits? I'm still unclear if a property will recognise your status with regards to benefits - does anyone have experience in this?

@heronb This feature is still in its initial stages, and we are currently working on the technical aspect within the app. It should be back soon, and we aim to extend the option to use D$ at the time of booking across all our brands in the future.

HB7 Hi there, as a Titanium member, booking through the GHA app comes with key benefits beyond just the rate. Booking directly ensures that your status is recognized by the property, giving you access to perks like double room upgrade, late check-out, early check-in (subject to availability), and other benefits tied to your membership.If youre seeing a rate difference, feel free to email us at [email protected], and we can look into it for you. Alternatively, you can also book directly on the hotels website to ensure youre getting the best member benefits.
Another issue I wanted to raise is that I can't see the booking on my GHA app, even though the confirmation email does have my GHA number on it and shows my status. In the app, I have clicked on 'FIND A MISSING RESERVATION' and put in my reservation number and it can't find it. How do we fix that issue?

Hi GHA_Insider, thanks for your response. When I visited the website, I found that Anantara give a 'Price Guarantee' - which says that they'll give you 10% off the best price you can find. I cancelled the reservation I made on Booking.com and made a reservation on the hotel's website and have sent an email to the address you have provided to ask for the best rate.

It's great to hear that you took advantage of Anantara's 'Price Guarantee,' and I hope their team gets back to you with the best rate soon.Regarding the missing reservation in the GHA app, currently, only stays booked directly on ghadiscovery.com or the GHA DISCOVERY app are visible there. Since you booked through the hotel's website, you can view your upcoming stay by logging into the hotel brands website using your GHA DISCOVERY credentials.

Hi GHA_Insider how long does it take to come back on emails? I would have thought by now I'd have gotten a response?

I have an upcoming stay at the Adlon Kempinski. While I'm not worried about the reservation, there are two things I've noticed about the reservation:
- The reservation details are only visible on the GHA Discovery website, and not on Kempinski Discovery - even though the same login credentials work on both sites. Is this expected or should it be visible on both sites?
- The 48 hour reminder email I received from Kempinski, includes a reference to a Kempinski Discovery ID# that is not mine even though the rest of the reservation details are correct. I assume a Kempinski Discovery ID should be the same as my GHA Discovery ID.
