GHA_Insider, thanks for your response. When I visited the website, I found that Anantara give a 'Price Guarantee' - which says that they'll give you 10% off the best price you can find. I cancelled the reservation I made on Booking.com and made a reservation on the hotel's website and have sent an email to the address you have provided to ask for the best rate.
Another issue I wanted to raise is that I can't see the booking on my GHA app, even though the confirmation email does have my GHA number on it and shows my status. In the app, I have clicked on 'FIND A MISSING RESERVATION' and put in my reservation number and it can't find it. How do we fix that issue?

It's great to hear that you took advantage of Anantara's 'Price Guarantee,' and I hope their team gets back to you with the best rate soon.Regarding the missing reservation in the GHA app, currently, only stays booked directly on ghadiscovery.com or the GHA DISCOVERY app are visible there. Since you booked through the hotel's website, you can view your upcoming stay by logging into the hotel brand’s website using your GHA DISCOVERY credentials.
