Hi Mr Trader, I get looked after very well by the Scandic hotels I stay in regularly and ok in the others. I guess it is the same for anybody who stays in the same hotel regularly in that the staff get to know you / recognise you.

How to qualify for Red Level and for lifetime Top Level

1. As posted before the threshold is set at 85 nights OR 450 000 points. Since its not official it's customer loyalty who takes the decision and they can probably give it for less or more. For example all the board members of Scandic are RED level.

2. It's stil under development but the idea is be able to award it to people who are going to retire and have been good customers for Scandic. So if you are not close to 65 it's not even worth thinking of it. If you are arround 65 and have been Top floor for some years shoot them an email or call.

Old thread but does anyone know if RED level is forever or does the member of that level quality every year?
