1. As posted before the threshold is set at 85 nights OR 450 000 points. Since itīs not official it's customer loyalty who takes the decision and they can probably give it for less or more. For example all the board members of Scandic are RED level.

2. It's stil under development but the idea is be able to award it to people who are going to retire and have been good customers for Scandic. So if you are not close to 65 it's not even worth thinking of it. If you are arround 65 and have been Top floor for some years shoot them an email or call.
