Car rental -> Hotel/airline status match?
Apologies if this has been asked before (I tried searching- couldn't see anything obvious)...
I'm wondering if there are any hotel chains or airlines that will status match against car rental companies?
I carry these tiers currently:
... simply because they all status match one another.
I'm wondering if it's possible to "break out" of the car rental match, and into another type of loyalty program - say, airline or hotel.
Would be interested to see how far the status match chain can go. I've seen Sixt Platinum match against a German airline, but nothing the other way around.
