Stayed at 3 Seattle Kimpton properties in the month of February, summary below (My list includes red wine, water, and any munchies):
Alexis - Bottle of red, large water, and a nice fruit platter.
Monaco - Bottle of red, large water, chocolate bar, and potato chips
Vintage Park - Nil, Nada, nothing.
All in all, Alexis and Monaco had excellent service from the front desk to the conceirge. Vintage Park was still under construction and I had to take a elevator to a converted room on either the 2nd or 3rd floor to check in. Service was indifferent, not up to Kimpton standards. It was raining heavily, perhaps there is something to be said about it and people's mood.

I was there on a sunny day (plus I live in Seattle). They just are not a very good property imo staff wise. I'm at a Kimpton property now and to say the least the staff here is incredibly fantastic compared to the Vintage Park. I told one of the managers they need to be transferred up to the Vintage Park and "fix" them so that they operate like this property

Hotel Palomar Phoenix - an amenity was brought up when I called down (about 3 hours after check-in). What was funny is that it wasn't one thing that I had in my profile so I had the in-dining person take it back. The asst. GM called me after it was returned to ask what they could bring up. I said it wasn't a big deal but what cracks me up is that my list is really simple. I have asked for a pitcher of iced tea with real lemons cut on the side, blue tortilla chips, and guacamole. I was told by the person who delivered it that they don't have iced tea at this property
. When I explained that I had already had it when I was in the restaurant she back pedaled and said "oh, well that's a different kind of iced tea. . ."
Anyway - this is the third time in the last three stays here that I haven't been able to receive an amenity that I have requested however; the staff is SO nice about it and apologizes that it really isn't an issue for me. I wish more hotels were trained by the management team at this hotel - seriously - so many top-notch people at this hotel mistakes can be easily forgiven because the sincerity is there by so many staff members.

Nine Zero Hotel, Boston - Nailed it. Beverage and snacks both right on the money.
