Baggage on Trade Air in Croatia

Baggage on Trade Air in Croatia
Hi All
I am not sure where I should post this. I am looking to possibly fly from Split Croatia to Pula Croatia and the only direct flight option I have is a cargo/passenger company called Trade Air. Now if I book through them directly they state on their website I can check bags only 28 lbs.. BUT if I book through Croatia air.. the same flight ( I guess code share?) Croatia air policy is 50 lbs checked bags... Does Trade air have to honor Croatia air baggage allowance if I book through them?
I did not see a forum for Croatia air.. most likely too small.
