Class Fares with Flybe - all earning Avios?

Class Fares with Flybe - all earning Avios?
Hi all,
One day I booked a flight through work (Air India) and I had a Economy Class U. At the end, this flight wasn;t eligible for earning miles.
Right Now I'm trying to book a flight with Flybe and it has similar coding system. I can see Economy class R, U, T etc...
Can't find anything on Avios or Flybe to tell me what's the difference and if those are eligible to earn Avios.
Can somebody help?
