Identifying video and audio links in posts

With the increased popularity of sites like youtube.com, I've noticed an increased usage of video links. While most of these are humorous or otherwise worthwhile, it seems to me that we should have some sort of policy that requires posters to identify these links as containing video or audio content. With the ability to hide a link's URL in text, it's not always apparent what a given link is to. The reasons for this are twofold (and neither is applicable to me, by the way):

First, not all of us have broadband.

Second, some people access Ft in a setting such as work where an audio track may not be appropriate.

I don't think it's all that much of an imposition for posters using audio or video links to identify these as such. Not to pick on this particular poster, but this thread is a good example. While I thought the video in question was quite humorous, it might not be the best thing for someone to play at work.
