Post something nice today

This is from Randy's e-mail FlyerTalk Update today:

"You are what you post. FlyerTalk exists for the community of members and must share respect of other members before you earn respect for yourself. Post something nice today."

Thanks, Randy!

OK Eugene, I'll start.

Today I had lunch in NYC with 10 flyertalkers. Some of them were 1st timers at a meeting. It was delightful meeting the new faces!

Eugene, nice post.

Thanks to FlyerTalk, I know a lot more.

I tolerate a lot more.

And I certainly appreciate everything related to travel and miles a lot more.

Thanks FlyerTalk.

Eugene,

Nice idea. The world is full of events. It's up to each person to decide which one they want to focus on.
FT has been very very good to me. I've learned a lot and met some nice people through here.
The best so far, I took a trip to London in Nov and was met by Paul Palmer -who gracioulsy treated me to dinner.
So, for the new folks -- there is some of both on the board --- thankfully most of it's good.
Frank (enjoying Plat from what I learned on FT)

Well, as you can see from my post count, I'm a real newbie. I wish I'd found this board sooner...had I known about the Gold challenge on AA, I could've been gold this year!

I just wanted to say thanks to the people who have been kind enough to reply to my few posts and lend me their vast expertise. Hopefully, thanks to the suggestions of people here, we will have managed in just a couple of weeks to increase my husband's mileage level on AA enough to get us business class tickets to Australia.

So thanks! This is really a nice community of folks!

Here's something very nice, well something nice happened to me.

One of my vendors sent me one heck of a Christmas gift today. It's a Palm Pilot IIIxe. I've never used one of these things in my life. I've always relied on my soft leather planner----so now I've entered a new medium.

Ok, it's got a large instruction manual. What do I do with it? I hope I have internet access!!!

Rudi is the best big brother in the whole world.

Now my Flyer Talk children...............hmm, let's see............well, they are young.

Seriously I could never begin to list all of the truly wonderful, kind and generous things that people on Flyer Talk have done to enrich my life. Most people think I am crazy when I start trying to explain about Flyer Talk, but I think, "Crazy like a fox".

My debt simply for the facts provided to this board by Rudi and PremEx is more than I can pay.
