At the bottom of the main FT MIles page is a board called "Technical Issues".

You have two options, clacko.

You can post your questions at FT's Technical Issues forum or send an email to the Webmaster.

What good does it do to post a question if the tech staff never responds?

See the list of problems in the Tech Issues Chat Room and note that VERY RARELY, IF EVER does any tech person respond.

If I ran my IT Dept like Randy runs his Tech Issues Chat room, I would be fired.

While I speak for no one at FT (either posters or employees, obviously), I believe they see the issues posted and are often choosing to work earnestly behind the scenes on a "fix" rather than on communicating as much as some might like!

When problems arise, I'm perhaps able to better appreciate all the good times I tend to take for granted!

Thanks!

HungryTraveler has also made his/her point of view quite clear here.

clacko: essxjay's advice is right on target!
